The cost of turnkey construction includes the costs of design, site preparation, construction work, purchase of materials, payment of workers, as well as finishing and furnishing. In addition, administrative expenses, obtaining permits, and tax deductions are taken into account.
The process of purchasing real estate often takes place in stages: preparation of an invoice for the booking of the selected unit (in the amount of 1,500 USD); booking payment for 24 hours from the receipt of the invoice (after such payment, the selected unit is fixed for the client for 10 days); preparation of a notarial agreement; signing of the transaction with a notary.
Most often, we request payment in a single payment, but some facilities are provided in installments (check the conditions with the manager).
We use high-quality and environmentally friendly materials suitable for Bali’s tropical climate. Modern technologies such as monolithic construction, frame structures, and natural materials such as wood, stone, and bamboo are used in construction. All materials are selected taking into account their resistance to humidity and seismic activity.

It is influenced by the size and complexity of the project, the materials used, the location of the site, as well as additional customer requirements.
